Large swells, dangerous winds for Queensland, NSW as ex-tropical cyclone Seth bears down

Strong winds and large swell will batter large swathes of the Queensland northern New South Wales coast as ex-cyclone Seth creeps closer to land.

The tropical low is currently sitting 450 kilometres east of Brisbane and is expected to hit southern Queensland and northern NSW later this afternoon.
