Deputy Prime Minister Barnaby Joyce says Australia doesn’t have food shortages.

“We supply food to the world, we are not running out of food,” Mr Joyce told Sky News Australia.

“It’s the issue about the logistics of getting it into the shop.

“But we are not running out of cattle, we are not running out of sheep, we are not running out of veggies.

“Australia is blessed, we have lots of food.”
