Australians have ‘shown a willingness’ to follow rules

Shadow Treasurer Jim Chalmers says the Australian people have shown a willingness to do the right thing over the course of the pandemic.

“There have been inconveniences but they’ve been necessary,” Mr Chalmers told Sky News Australia.

“People are prepared to follow the advice, so long as there is good, solid, evidentiary health basis for it.”
