A man has been charged with murder following the disappearance of a nine-year-old girl from the Blue Mountains last week.
NSW Police said a 32-year-old man was arrested at Riley Street, Surry Hills, about 8.30pm on Tuesday.
The girl was reported missing from the Blue Mountains on Friday.
