The cousin of a nine-year-old girl who was allegedly murdered in NSW has described her as a “beautiful” little girl.

Charlise Mutten’s body was found in a plastic barrel on the banks of the Colo River last Tuesday, days after she was reported missing from the Blue Mountains on January 14.
