Westminster man arrested at prison and charged with using fake jab certificate to visit Hakea inmate

A Westminster man has allegedly used a fake vaccination certificate to sneak into a Perth prison.

The 35-year-old tried to visit an inmate at Hakea Prison at 10am Tuesday armed with what police say was a fraudulent document.
