Sydney house prices rise by more than 30 per cent in some suburbs

Demand for properties in Western and Southern Sydney has driven up prices by more than 30 per cent in some suburbs.

Auctioneer and Director of Benson Auctions Stu Benson said “we’re finding people migrating from all over metropolitan Sydney for the leafy streets, the large blocks”.
