Jetstar passenger slams airline over broken luggage

An Australian musician has slammed Jetstar after they said his instrument was badly damaged on a flight.

The passenger, who asked not to be named, flew from Melbourne to Launceston on February 10, after playing a festival.

Upon landing, the passenger discovered his guitar case had been damaged.
