Three-year-old boy hit by car and left on side of Perth road

Police are investigating after a three-year-old boy was found by the side of a road in Bayswater, in what appears to be a hit-and-run.

Sometime between 12.30pm and 1pm on Friday the boy was found injured alongside The Strand.
