Major update after young surfer attacked by shark on NSW beach

A young surfer who was attacked by a 3m shark on the Mid North coast of NSW has revealed his leg was unable to be attached.

Kai McKenzie, 23, was attacked in the surf at North Shore Beach in Port Macquarie about 11am on Tuesday.
