Woman bitten by shark while snorkelling off WA coast at Abrolhos Islands

Emergency services have rushed to a popular tourist island off the coast of Western Australia after a woman was bitten by a shark while snorkelling.

A female was bitten by an unknown species of shark while snorkelling at Rat Island in the Abrolhos Islands just before 5.30pm on Tuesday.
