Simon Njenga: Gosnells man ordered to pay fines, court costs for working for NDIS provider while suspended

A Gosnells man who continued to work for a National Disability Insurance Scheme provider despite being suspended has been ordered to pay $7000 in fines and court costs.

Simon Githara Njenga carried out three shifts for an organisation, two in Kinross and one in Westminster, in May and June this year.
