There is heavy traffic on the M4 in Sydney’s west due to an earlier “medical emergency”.
The M4 was closed citybound between Prospect Hwy and Cumberland Hwy at Greystanes due to the incident, which occurred about 10am on Thursday.
One of the four westbound lanes was also closed.
