Kingaroy Hospital: Investigation launched after patient shot by police

A man was shot by police at a hospital in regional Queensland after he allegedly threatened officers with a knife.

Police were called to Kingaroy Hospital in Queensland about 7.20pm on Friday night.

When officers arrived, they were allegedly threatened by a man wielding a knife.
