Bus driver uses fire extinguisher to break up assault that left man with serious injuries

A bus driver has used a fire extinguisher to break up an assault that left a man seriously injured outside a shopping centre.

Police say a 19-year-old man was sitting at a Melbourne bus stop outside a shopping centre in Rowville when he was approached by two people about 9.30pm on Thursday.
