Leviathan riders evacuated as ‘sensor’ brings SeaWorld rollercoaster to a stop

Thrillseekers have been evacuated when a popular $20 million ride suddenly stopped at SeaWorld on the Gold Coast.

The wooden Leviathan rollercoaster was brought to a halt when a sensor activated about 2.30pm on Thursday.

Guests were helped safely off the ride by amusement park staff.
