Carlton forward Matt Owies cops ban for dangerous tackle, Liam Jones escapes with a fine

Western Bulldogs defender Liam Jones is free to face Hawthorn in an elimination final after escaping with just a fine for his dangerous tackle on the weekend.

But Carlton will be without Matt Owies after he copped a ban for a similar tackle.
