A driver who hit a Brisbane doctor on a morning run in 2019 has been sentenced to 10 years for manslaughter.

Thomas Prescott Hill, 37, pleaded guilty to killing Peter Dunne, who was struck from behind on a street in the Brisbane suburb of Tarragindi on February 18.
