Driver faces court after crash that killed AFL journalist Sam Landsberger in Richmond

A truck driver accused of refusing a blood test after an award-winning journalist was struck and killed is planning to appeal his licence suspension.

James Latchford, 45, appeared in Melbourne Magistrates Court on Monday after he was charged with refusing to provide a mandatory blood sample.
