Sanctioned Gigayacht ‘Flying Fox’ Has Returned to the Charter Market

Flying Fox is flying free once again.

The 446-foot gigayacht has been removed from the U.S. sanctions list, meaning it can be chartered globally without restriction.

The US Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) added Flying Fox to the Specifically Designated National List (SDN) in June 2022 following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
