Driver killed in Upper Warren rollover as WA grapples with how to stop deaths on state roads

A 57-year-old woman has died in a crash in WA’s South West region, as authorities try to figure out how to end the ongoing devastation on state roads.

The woman was driving a Toyota HiLux which veered off course and rolled on Wheatley Coast Rd in rural Upper Warren about 2.35pm on Monday.
