Wild scenes as ‘tornado’ forms over Brisbane River near Kangaroo Point

Wild footage of what looks like a twister forming along the Brisbane River has been captured close to the CBD.

Witnesses rushed to post videos online, many incorrectly calling the bizarre sight a “tornado”.
