Victoria rattled by early-morning 3.6 magnitude earthquake

A powerful earthquake has struck regional Victoria early on Tuesday morning.

The 3.6 magnitude tremor hit near Bendigo, about 150km north of Melbourne, at 6.41am.

More than a dozen people reported feeling the earthquake.

In August, Victoria was
