Boy, 2, dies after being hit by car during Brisbane school’s pick-up time

A two-year-old boy has died after being hit by a car during pick-up time at a school in Brisbane’s south-west.

The child is believed to have been in the Durack State School carpark when he was struck around 3.30pm.

Paramedics rushed to the school but the boy was pronounced dead at the scene.
