Fragrance company Interparfums is adding Off-White to its portfolio of license partners.
On Dec. 3, the company announced that its French subsidiary Interparfums SA, which holds fragrance licenses for brands including Van Cleef & Arpels and Montblanc, has obtained fragrance and cosmetics rights for Off-White. The deal comes after Off-White’s former parent company LVMH announced it was selling the Virgil Abloh-founded brand to private equity firm Bluestar Alliance in September. Interparfums…
