Man dies in two-vehicle collision on highway near Ballarat

A man has died in a two-vehicle collision on a highway near Ballarat, Victoria.

Two cars collided on the Western Hwy in Windermere, just west of Powells Rd sometime around 4.15am on Saturday.

One man, who is yet to be formally identified, died at the scene while a second man was taken to hospital…
