A woman has died and another has been rushed to hospital following a single-vehicle crash in Lake Macquarie.
Emergency services were called to Main Rd in Edgeworth about 1.40am on Thursday.
They found a car had crashed into a telegraph pole.
The female driver, 31, died at the scene.
