Woman dies in surf at Werri Beach

A 66-year-old woman is dead after being found unresponsive in the water at beach near Kiama.

Emergency services were called to an unpatrolled part of Werri Beach, Gerringong, after a woman was pulled unconscious from the surf at around 9am on Saturday.
