Two fatal crashes on Victorian roads bring state’s road toll to 19

Three children and two adults are in hospital following a deadly crash in Pitfield, south-west of Ballarat. 

One person, who is yet to be formally identified, died after two vehicles collided on Rokewood-Skipton Road just before 3pm.
