A young boy killed in a parking meter tragedy south of Perth last week “impacted everyone he met” and “brought so much joy”, his family said.
Five-year-old Sammy was crushed by the falling machine in the courtyard of the Bunbury Museum and Heritage Centre last Wednesday.
