Body found in search for missing man whose car was swept off river crossing at Douglas Daly, near Darwin

The desperate search for a man who was reported missing when his car was swept away at a river crossing in the Northern Territory has ended in tragedy.

The car belonging to the 89-year-old man was found washed off the Stray Creek Crossing on Fleming Rd in Douglas Daly about 5pm on Monday.
