The team, consisting of volunteers and staff from Darwin, Nhulunbuy and Katherine – including St Joseph’s Catholic College teacher Ron Green – will be assisting emergency crews and residents with relief and recovery tasks in the Brisbane suburbs that have sustained large-scale storm damage.
