“Those are fun,” observes my boyfriend, surveying my outfit as I pass him in the kitchen one Tuesday morning. I am wearing a pair of black tailored trousers from Victoria Beckham’s latest collection, which features a dramatic gash down one side, exposing most of my right leg. “They show off your better leg,” he jokes.
