Nadiya Hussain never used to like travelling.

Hussain pauses and corrects herself; it’s inaccurate to say she didn’t like to travel. “I just didn’t travel, so I didn’t know that I liked it,” she says, sitting in the office of her publisher in London. “We only ever travelled to Bangladesh with my family.”
