Two teenagers have died after a stolen car they were travelling in crashed into a tree in Melbourne’s outer east on Sunday morning.
A passing motorist found the crash scene on Kelletts Road in Rowville, about 30 kilometres east of the Melbourne CBD, at 2.35am.
