One dead, more cases emerging as Legionnaires’ disease outbreak hits Sydney CBD, cooling tower suspected

The outbreak of Legionnaires’ disease in Sydney’s CBD has claimed one life as more cases continue to emerge.

A total of 12 people have now been diagnosed with the disease after spending time in the Sydney CBD and nearby suburbs between March 13 and April 5, NSW Health said on Thursday.
