‘Sobering lesson’: More than 20 killed in Chinese restaurant fire

A restaurant fire in northeast China has killed 22 people and injured three others, news agency Xinhua says.

The fire broke out in a restaurant in a residential area in Liaoning Province’s Liaoyang City, the report said.

Xinhua did not identify the cause of the fire.
