On May 27, the Michelin Guide sprinkled another load of stars on the city with its 2025 listings – and, for the first time in Dubai’s history, the coveted three-Michelin-star award was dished out. Two restaurants received the top award: Trèsind Studio, making it the world’s first three-Michelin-starred Indian restaurant, and FZN by Björn Frantzén, which went straight from zero to three stars.
