Bunge and Viterra merger nears completion after approval granted | Farm Online

The merger deal, first announced two years ago in June 2023, will see Viterra shareholders receive 65.6 million shares of Bunge stock, valued currently at about $6.2 billion, along with a cash contribution of around $A3 billion in cash, with Bunge also assuming $A15 billion of Viterra’s debt.
