Passenger killed as car crashes down embankment into tree near Bega in NSW

A passenger has died in a single-vehicle crash on Monday.

Two young men were travelling on Mount Darragh Rd at Mount Darragh, an hour southwest of Bega, when the car crashed about 10.30am.

It “had left the roadway, gone down an embankment and struck a tree,” NSW Police said.
