Russia earthquake, tsunami update: First waves as millions under warnings

This image taken from a video shows one of the first tsunami waves hitting the  coastal area of Severo-Kurilsk at Paramushir island, in Russia’s Kuril Islands, which are in the far east of the country (east even of Japan and close to where the earthquake struck).
