WA Premier Roger Cook speaks on ‘concerning’ workplace death at Hofmann Engineering

An investigation has been launched into the death of a man crushed by machinery at the same Australian workplace where a worker was killed in similar circumstance just a few years ago.

A 45-year-old employee was critically injured at Hofmann Engineering in Bassendean, Perth on Monday afternoon.
