Moore River drowning: Father remembered after final selfless act before tragedy at family camping spot

A father who drowned at a popular camping spot was selflessly trying to save a friend’s child, 7NEWS has learnt.

Tshering Penjor, 38, is being remembered as “kind and hardworking” after he died at Moore River in Guilderton, north of Perth, on Tuesday morning.
