Perth train services resume, but passengers warned to expect delays

A Perth man is accused of running a large-scale fraud targeting a government-funded disability support program.

The 35-year-old from Brookdale allegedly defrauded the system more than $180,000 after posing as a disability services coordinator and submitted fraudulent invoices.
