Dave Anthony’s Custom Bel Air Home Sells for $22 Million

After first hitting the market almost 18 months ago for nearly $27 million and subsequently undergoing a couple of significant price chops, pioneering video game writer, director, and producer Dave Anthony has officially offloaded a residence in the posh Bel Air neighborhood of Los Angeles he acquired 15 years ago, in 2010, for $3.5 million. Aaron Kirman of Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California and Drew Fenton of Carolwood Estates held the listing.
