Bordelle, a lingerie line that wants total transparency

At Atelier Bordelle Production’s Transylvania factory, 65 employees, mostly women, make luxury lingerie worn by Madonna, Beyoncé and Lady Gaga. The intimate garments range from mesh and lace bras and knickers (from £138), through rather more eye-popping designs, to works of highly complex garment engineering, such as the Angela dress (£1,080), a corset-like minidress constructed from more than 130 24ct-gold-plated components.
