Almost four years after Playboy model and Girls Next Door star Holly Madison and entrepreneur Pasquale Rotella sold their Los Angeles home to Grammy-nominated songwriter Justin Tranter for nearly $10.3 million, the erstwhile couple’s onetime residence has once again surfaced for sale.
