NSW Premier Chris Minns is calling for a royal commission into last Sunday’s Bondi Beach massacre as he calls for calm ahead of planned rallies on Sunday.
Minns also flagged new laws kicking in as soon as Monday, including police powers to remove face coverings from protesters.
