Jason Kennedy has officially offloaded his residence in the Agoura Hills suburb of Los Angeles after seven years of ownership. Listed for sale in August at $4.7 million and previously offered as a rental for around $18,000 a month, the nearly 1.5-acre spread has traded hands for a dash under $4 million, almost doubling the $2.4 million the former E! News co-host and his wife, inspirational author Lauren Scruggs Kennedy, paid in late 2018.
