Noah Ralph: Welfare concerns held for missing 10-year-old who was last seen in Mandurah on Monday

Mandurah police are desperately searching for a 10-year-old boy who hasn’t been seen since Monday.

Noah Ralph was last seen about 5pm on Monday at a home on Cooper Street in Mandurah.

He was last seen wearing a blue shirt, black shorts, and black Nike shoes.

The 10-year-old was reported missing…
